I am a dual licensed mental health therapist with 30 years of experience in the behavioral health profession. I provide clinical care to folks in the state of Colorado.

I also hold two coaching certifications to provide services to folks both in the United States and internationally. My heart is to provide faith-based services to individuals with depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I work with couples, and am committed to providing services to those who are going through cancer diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. As a breast Cancer survivor and a caregiver to my brother who passed in March 2025 due to cancer I understand the journey from both the patient and the caregiver role.
