Be a Hero: Transforming Lives with Hope and Guidance

When Barbara faced Stage 4 ovarian cancer in 2005, she felt lost, scared, and desperate for healing. Understanding the risks involved, she refused chemotherapy. She wanted a path that aligned with her values. She prayed for guidance and that prayer was answered when she met Dr. Susan Silberstein (founder of BeatCancer.Org).

When Barbara had her first session with BeatCancer.Org, she was shocked that Susan didn’t need to see her medical reports. Instead, Susan told her Healing isnt about reports, healing is about you. It’s about your mind, your body, and your spirit.”

In 2005, Barbara’s doctors told her that whether or not she followed their recommendations, her chances of survival were slim to none. Fueled by the hope Susan provided, Barbara started following our lifestyle and nutritional strategies. Today, at 84, she’s been cancer-free for 19 years, nearly two decades past her prognosis.

Barbara will never forget the impact Susan and BeatCancer.Org had on her life. Full of gratitude, she called the center recently, saying cheerfully: You guys at Beat Cancer changed my life forever. Im still here because of you. THANK YOU

Because of donors like you, it was possible for Barbara to connect with our counseling services and learn evidence-based approaches to nutrition, lifestyle changes, and immune-boosting practices.

Because of the generosity of people like you, Barbara is still with us today.

Right now, 300 more people just like Barbara are calling our phones. They’re desperate for the same hope and practical guidance that our donors helped us provide to Barbara.

But here’s the challenge. We can’t do this alone. We can only help them if we have the resources to do so.

Our counseling services are run on a donation basis. Some of the patients we counsel have the means to donate, but many do not, as going through cancer is often financially devastating to a patient and their family.

We never turn anyone away for their inability to donate, but counseling a patient always has operational costs associated. Our average patient costs us more than $2500, yet we receive no government funding and get no insurance reimbursement. We work on a donation basis, and all contributions are tax-deductible.

That’s why your support makes you the hero in every healing journey. Because of you, patients receive the guidance they need at the most critical time, without financial burden.

With your gift today, we can offer more patients the same life-changing education and hope that Barbara experienced.
