I am a 2 time breast cancer survivor. My first diagnosis was 2018 and my local/regional recurrence was in 2020. Although I chose conventional treatment I have changed my life dramatically with food as medicine, limiting stress, and only allowing people in my life who are with me. I want to share everything I have learned and what has helped me. Mainly not going back to the same terrain that allowed cancer to live.

After being diagnosed with breast cancer, I made a vow to God that if he would see me through this journey, I would help as many women as I can. Since then, I have dedicated myself to being a community change agent and advocate, with a focus on health disparities, black women's health, generational health and healthy lifestyle education.
