"First and foremost I am a Classical Naturopath with a lifestyle and service brand that includes Health consultations using a Concierge model, Nutritional Consultation, Reflexology, Herbal programs, Light and Color therapy, Energy work, Garden set-up and design, Craniosacral work, and other modalities as needed. A Hallmark of Classical Naturopathy is using Non-Invasive methods of assessment.

Naturopaths are people trained in forms of healing that work WITH the body’s inherent energy and capacity to restore and repair. The naturopathic approach to health requires that we look for the root cause of a health issue rather than simply looking at or masking symptoms.

The Urban Naturopath is a lifestyle brand that I created. 

I am also a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner or FDN-P and I use this groundbreaking method of carefully chosen functional labwork to expertly hone in on root causes of poor health and imbalance.

I am thrilled to be a Certified NES Practitioner which brings the stunning world of Energy work to all my clients. I provide services in the emerging field of bioenergetics – which is all about assessing and correcting the body’s energy and communication systems. This improves the body’s own ability to heal and stay healthy.

I round out my work by using a safe and non-invasive Thermal Imaging Device to provide my clients a comprehensive wellness package."
