My name is Kawana Rucker. I am a 2x Breast Cancer Conqueror, diagnosed 2018 and 2019. My diagnosis was Stage 1 triple positive both times. I have been healing from breast cancer holistically for 3 years. Over the course of my journey, I have learned so much about different integrative modalities to heal. My own diagnoses ignited a desire to coach others to overall wellness. Guiding and empowering them to live their best lives and not just survive but thrive.
I have a bachelor's degree, in Management Information Systems from the University of Memphis, a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management. I am Certified Holistic Cancer Coach and a Certified Light Therapy Coach.
I am a Health Coach for Dr Samm ND, specializing in naturopathic care. I am a patient educator and advocate in integrative oncology, for Well Women Wellness Network.
I am also on the board of Community Council at Glimmer of Hope Foundation breast cancer foundation. Our mission at GOH is to fight breast cancer through research and programs specifically for young women. I am also a Member of Society of Integrative Oncology. My passion is to empower women to advocate for themselves along the breast cancer journey.
