Meredith K. Mills

Overview

Minor Degree in Health & Exercise Science from UC Santa Barbara, 12 year Certified Personal Trainer - Ace Fitness,  20 yr competitive cyclist and triathlete, Mom of 2

Just like you, Meredith is on a healing journey. In November of 2015, her world stopped when at age 42, 6 weeks after completing an Ironman triathlon  she was diagnosed with an a Acoustic Neuroma brain tumor. In January of 2023, after 7 yrs of watch & wait and managing her symptoms she is finally brain tumor-free.

Meredith knows that recovery from a diagnosis takes a lot of love, patience & support. She meets weekly and monthly with clients to integrate healthy eating nutrition plans, movement  and mindset into their health plan. As a result of brain surgery, Meredith became SSD, single sided death. She works daily  to continue training as a triathlete. Some days are better than other she says, but she will never give up trying to get back to where she was before her diagnosis. Meredith was a certified personal trainer and Certified Life Coach before she got sick. She was a great example of someone who was super healthy but got sick anyway. This led her to holistic nutrition and healing modalities. Sound Healing, Emotion Code and daily saunas are still among her top 3 favorite alternative treatments she found on top of whole food nutrition and low impact movement.
