Michelle Brown Davis

Overview

Michelle has been providing intensive and crisis in-home support and therapeutic intervention services to families and children since 1991; striving to create a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which individuals can be supported in their efforts to change and grow, while becoming reconnected to their strengths and dreams. Having received a cancer diagnosis in August 2020, Michelle allowed herself to sit with the diagnosis for about an hour then took action. Michelle is a fighter and decided no matter how much she bent she would not break. After surgeries and treatment, Michelle was determined to continue to live life to the fullest which began with a positive mindset. For everything cancer attempted to take from Michelle, it gave her something better. Michelle feels she has found God’s purpose for her, which is to always help others, starting with those closest to her. She lives by a quote by Erma Bomback: “When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left, and could say, 'I used everything you gave me'.
