3 large ripe avocados
3/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 C lemon juice
3 garlic cloves
1 small tomato, finely chopped
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
Recipe
Blend avocados, salt, lemon juice and garlic in a food processor or bowl until creamy. Mix in a bowl with the chopped ingredients.
Yield: 4-6 servings
