Cooking with Carrie Episode 8 – Carrot Avocado Soup
Ingredients

2 C fresh carrot juice (8-10 large carrots)
2 avocados
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 C fresh apple juice
1/2 C sprouts
pinch sea salt
dash allspice
Recipe
In a blender, combine the carrot juice and avocado. Add the lemon juice, vanilla, apple juice, salt and spices and blend again. Garnish with sprouts and serve cold.
Yield: 3-4 servings
