Your presentation to our hotline and match peer counselors last night was excellent. We have received very positive feedback from the counselors. The information you provided has tremendous value to our callers and will be readily used by our counselors.
Through an In-Service like yours, our peer counselors can do a better job of supporting and providing informed answers to our 24/7 hotline callers.
Thank you for taking the time to share your expertise and insights with us. I hope you enjoyed it. Perhaps we can do another program in the future about STRESS! Also I am sending you a letter about book donations to our lending library. Hope that will work out.
