Dear Susan:
Thank you again for your wonderful presentation last Thursday. It was well organized and gave the class some very concrete rules to implement (at least somewhat!). The feedback was extremely complimentary—one person commented, “This was the best yet!”. I know how busy you are and I deeply appreciated your participation. This area needs to catch up on the times!
