Dr. Silberstein,
Just wanted to say that you did a great job in St. Louis last Friday Night. I thought you were so funny and everyone on my team did as well. Thank you for coming and being such a great speaker. I am touched, moved, and inspired by the work that you do, cancer is touching us all so much more than it needs to.
