I hope this note finds you well. I’m sorry I haven’t expressed my thanks and appreciation sooner for the wonderful support you provided during my cancer ordeal now 2 ½ years ago. I am still cancer free and in fact have not even had a cold these last 2 ½ years. Thank you so much for your support and education. I have attached a short letter expressing my thanks that you are welcome to use in any way you feel is appropriate.
