I wanted to write and let you know how helpful you and Randi Shane have been to me over the past year. Not only did the two of you spend time with me on the telephone providing thoughtful, informative and extremely supportive counseling services, but you referred me to several excellent resources that have helped me greatly along my healing journey. When I look back at where I was last year at this time and where I am today, I am amazed! The difference is incredible! I have gained 25 (healthy!) pounds, I am feeling very positive about my health and future and I have actually started working by providing personal chef services. I am doing organic, whole foods meal preparation and I am enjoying it immensely!
