Dear Susan,

Joe joins me in thanking you for your counseling and guidance to a new way of eating. We are amazed with how much food we can eat and still lose weight. Wherever have you been all our lives? It would have been wonderful to meet you sooner.

Susan, you are an inspiration and a great source of strength, especially to Joe. The difference you made is immeasurable.
