I am enclosing a check in the amount of $25 in memory of Thomas R.
Acknowledgement should be sent to his son:
Mr. Patrick R.
As an aside, I think it is safe to say every passenger on the June 10 bus trip to New York came away with a lot of positive information from watching your tape. Carolyn was wise to feature it on the trip home.
May you and your volunteers continue to enjoy success with all of your CACE programs.
Thank you.

What I hope your organization will do is to reach out to that generation & all those like them, by going into the doctors’ offices, bringing there information over & beyond what’s there now. So many times I sat with my mom in that crowded little office, waiting for her turn for chemo, looking at the faces of the people staring into space. Most hadn’t a clue as to what else was out there that could help them. Wouldn’t it be the ideal place to have books, articles, etc. loaded with alternative information, discoveries from research, what other countries have learned & are doing — what lifestyles have proven healthier, etc. Isn’t it in the best interest of the patient for the traditional doctor to explore the full spectrum of possibilities out there?
So you see, this is why I wanted the donations sent to you. I have high hopes that you can make a difference. I hope these few donations will help.
Sincerely yours,
Maria J. F.

Dear Susan Silberstein:
Congratulations on CACE’s 25th anniversary!
Please accept this check for $500 with my thanks for the wonderful work you are doing. You have been so helpful to my mom, Lois. I also love getting your newsletters and learn so much from the research you share (including your breast cancer/diet video).
I look forward to learning from CACE in the years to come.
With thanks,
Liz P.

Dear Folks,
My husband, Gene, called you folks back on the Monday after Lillian called me, but no one was there.
He called a chiropractor and got an appointment that afternoon. The doctor said that he would work with Gene — diet, supplements, and using alternative treatments for his cancer.
I’m sorry that I haven’t written to you sooner, but I did want to let you all know how much I appreciated Lillian calling me and for the interest that you all took on our behalf, in the calls you made to us, even though I wasn’t able to talk to you on a couple of occasions.
Thank you for the literature you sent. It was very informative.
Please keep up the good work, people like ourselves need people like you.
Thank you again.
I’ve enclosed a small check to cover your phone calls and the literature & postage that you sent.
Sincerely,
Margaret L.
