My dear friend Susan,
As time goes on we seem to have less reason to be in contact with one another, but you are no less in my daily thoughts & prayers. Of all the people who have been sent to be part of my life, you are the person I am most proud to be associated with. You are my role-model, you are my mentor. You are one truly incredibly wonderful human being. Your love and support for me have helped me so much to grow past my limitations and to “know myself.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart + soul!!
Please convey to the board my congratulations for another milestone of achievement in this anniversary. I always send you my support and best wishes that you will be able to continue your most important work!!
God Bless! ♥

Dear Susan,
Thank you so much for your excellent presentation to our Jewish women’s groups. I am still hearing about your delightful speaking style, and the usefulness of the information. It was indeed an honor to meet and spend time with you.
You mentioned putting together a cookbook, please contact me if you would like my assistance.
I submitted a request for your honorarium to the Sisterhood treasurer, but don’t expect to see it earlier than 3-4 weeks.
Thank you again — you are indeed a remarkable woman, and your daily mitzvot do not go unnoticed.
Sincerely,
Paula

Greetings Susan and Randy,
I hope this note finds you both healthy and enjoying the warmer weather, even with your boots possibly still on.
It has been too long that I have wanted to write. I guess it’s hard to find words for what you do and the manner in which your support and knowledge is so graciously offered. Sooner or later I will need to call you again as my health is not where it could be.
In the meantime, may this check help to continue your endeavors. God bless you both.
Most sincerely,
Christina C.

Dear Dr. Silberstein,
Thank you so much for your informative, interesting and often amusing quips that you lightheartedly injected into a serious discussion of our health, in Danvers. It was absolutely a great evening + you did a fantastic job.
A good friend was not able to make it as “her cancer is back” as she says – non hodgkins lymphoma. She has had a transplant + she is a fighter but she has had so many struggles along the way.
Please send me your charts on alkaline foods + the comparison
