"Dr. Susan Silberstein and her Center was my life line soon after I was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer in 2004. Wanting others to experience the knowledge offered by the Center and its resources, I joined one of her first coaching classes. I have since been fortunate enough to share and educate women nationwide either before, as a preventative measure, during and after diagnosis. I have been able to pay it forward as I was able to be there for my 3 children, who through my experience, are now adults in service to others. We have 'survolved'....survived and evolved, always in Gratitude." "I was given their booklets on foods that fight cancer and it was very helpful. They are now my short cut goto guideline regarding how to shop and eat and change my diet to help my body prevent a cancer recurrence. This simple information was never made available to me by any hospital. And certainly not even my nutritionist at Dana Farber. It is a mystery as to why these medical facilities fail to help their patients by educating them about how certain foods are known to fight cancers down to the sub type of cancer as highlighted in the booklets. I have since referred this web site to many friends who are newly diagnosed and fighting cancer. The bottom line: We should all be aware of these food as an ounce of prevention could save a life."

"Beat Cancer.org has been so amazing in my life. I was diagnosed with Bladder Cancer in 2010. I was devastated, so afraid and unsure if I would be able to make it. My company laid me off during the Spring of 2011 , my unemployment ended in 2012 and my life became a nightmare. In order to get the proper treatment that I needed, I had to travel about 300 miles roundtrip to get to the hospital. I found Beat Cancer.org on the internet and I reached out for help. The difference that they make in your life can't not be expressed enough. I was given hope, information and assistance that made my battle easier to fight. They took away some of the fear. I am thankful for the support and love it has given me. BeatCancer.org did not let me take this journey alone. I am so thankful for this. From the bottom of my heart thank you. Thank you for your assistance into many people lives like mine. Be Blessed!!"
