Dear Dr. Silberstein, I wanted to write to you in appreciation for taking me on at the center. I am amazed at the amount of knowledge I gained from my short time with you. It was a truly wonderful experience. I am sorry that schoolwork was so heavy this semester. I would have liked to spend more time at the center if it wasn’t. Dear Susan, I really appreciate all that you have provided for me during my practicum. I've learned so much from you, and knowing you has changed my life! I couldn't have asked for a better practicum experience by being at a place in line with my philosophy and belief system and greatly expanding my knowledge base. April 15, 1997 Dear Susan— It was a genuine pleasure and privilege to hear Dr. Bernard Jensen speak last Sunday. What an inspiration he is to all of us! I was also impressed with the cross-section of people who turned out for the seminar—all so interested in good nutrition & improving our nutritional lifestyles! You did a terrific job in pulling such a grand event together!! You are a “dynamo in action” with such a marvelous spirit. You are an inspiration to all who know you! I am joining Frances to your trip to N.Y. tomorrow (Thurs.) Where can you go anywhere today for $22? Amazing!! My last endeavor before I finally try to get some risk is to send you a check for our coming trip to New York on July 2, 1997 in the amount of $500.
