Dear Susan,

Enclosed is my check for the new library. I would like to make a donation of 2 large plaques. I would like the first one to be in honor of James Sparandeo and I would like the second to be in honor of you, Susan Silberstein. I feel both of you have put in a lot of hard work and dedication, and I attribute my remission to both of you.

I first called you about 20 months ago, after relapsing from a bone marrow transplant for lymphoma. After a couple of conversations with you and reviewing your material, I asked you if you could refer me to someone. You did and that was Jim. Since then I have learned a lot about food & nutrition, and am constantly learning more about its impact on our health.

I am very anxious for the center to succeed. I think you are doing a great service, and hope it will always be available and accessible to all.

My husband and I wanted to let you know what a GREAT job you and your team did with the Health Expo. In addition to learning new truth from the vast wisdom of Dr. Garcia, Dr. Young and David Wolfe, I also learned a few great recipes in the breakout sessions, and we were able to take home a few nice healthy treats from the auction, while supporting your worthwhile organization.

Thanks again for such a great experience! It was well worth the 6+ hour drive to attend.

Thanks so much for all of your kindness and patience with my concerns. We live in a scary world that sometimes makes no sense! I feel so lucky to have found you in my life at a trying time. You don’t know how comforting it is talking to you—you are the best.

Time for you schep nachas...here is a note I received...seems like you have set a lot of GOOD in motion....

Dr. Yaffa,
I am so happy that I went for the "Platinum Option" I not only have had the opportunity to hear some incredible Doctors. The information is incredible... I did have the opportunity to go back into my computer and listen again and am looking forward to receiving my CD’s. I plan to invite women to my home and have a mini seminar for women who I constantly hear wanting to know why do I feel like this, I’m tired, I’m depressed, etc. I know from what I have learned I have some large changes to make to my diet.

I have Susan Silberstein to thank for getting the information to me.
