Dear Dr. Silberstein,

Drew & I want you to know how much we appreciate the time you spent with us last week. We both learned so much. You explained the importance of proper nutrition so clearly and personalized a diet that Drew can live with. He has been diligent about eating lots of vegetables & fruits, drinking lots of water and I ordered and he has began to take the Juice Plus capsules. We are both following this healthy food plan and we are slowly, but surely converting the rest of the family.

July 18 Dear Dr. Silberstein, It was a pleasure and most helpful to meet with you yesterday. Thank you for the consultation. We did stop at Fresh Fields & got the items you suggested. The yogurt & fruit for breakfast was good & I had the manna "bread" for lunch. Today I ordered the juicer. No doubt you heard on the news Mon. night about the traffic jam on the Schuylkill Expressway due to a tractor trailer accident. I guess we should be thankful we didn’t get stuck for six hours like many people. Here’s a small contribution to the Center. I hope you can keep up the good work.
