Just wanted to let you all know that Mitch is doing so great, it is a miracle. He is better than he has been maybe EVER. He feels good every day; which is more than I can say!

I know when I see some people and they ask about him very quietly, and I tell them that he is doing so well, they are so surprised and here they had been dreading to ask me. So that’s why I wanted you all to know.

The surgeon uses Mitch’s case in his lectures about melanoma; Mitch is an anomaly. Most people are not around this long. However, he doesn’t really know the full scope of what else we do in conjunction with supporting his immune system. Not the least is Having FUN!

We are planning a big trip in July. (Now that is positive thinking. Mitch wants to do it now that he has learned how to “fly.”) It will be a 10 day trip to and around Vienna with one of his band groups, South Jersey .... They will be playing a couple of concerts somewhere there. I will be a “band aide.”

He is now the most joyful and good humored person. I almost don’t know him. He is very thankful and has a new outlook on life. He has more energy than I now. I guess I am still recuperating from the caregiving era at this time.

We were just at our daughter’s in VA for a few days and will be traveling to Mass. and Denver ASAP to see Tam and Sam. Meantime, app’ts, bands, country dancing and LIFE in general (bill paying!) just keep us busy.

Thanks again to everyone for all your caring support and contact. We hope you can experience a few miracles in your lifetimes as well.

Love and hugs,
Peg and Mitch
