By consuming a diet that is free of highly processed foods that are laden with sugar and unhealthy fats, you give your body a fighting chance at preventing all sorts of diseases, including cancer.
When we eat certain foods, we often miss out on the full nutritional value. To get the most out of the vegetables you eat, its best to juice them to enjoy the highest amount of vitamins and nutrients possible. Cancer treatment takes a toll on the body. Which vegetables are the best cancer-fighting foods? There are all sorts of vegetables that offer a large number of nutrients, including beets, spinach, carrots, cucumber, celery, broccoli, and red cabbage. Certain fruits are also worth juicing, including apples, cranberries, and acai berries.
